Ok so first off the mutant creatures mod is so cool, I'ma talk about every one
The mutant zombie? Scary. I really like its throwing move and how it keeps getting up. The latter for me is like some twist on shounen heroes' "I need to get up" move, because obviously it's not part of an anime and it's no hero. And the hulk hammer is super cool too. It's like superpowers in Minecraft (excluding the fact that Steve is as strong as probably God but you know what I mean lol), shockwave manipulation or something.
I really like the drop for the mutant creeper and the fact it destroys basically everything (I relate). And all its power-ups? Stan. Like how it can charge itself or heal (with hearts,,, haha cute). And I don't think I Need to say how cute the creeper minion is. Like baby little creeper that doesn't die when it explodes, eats gunpowder (which iirc can't be used for much other than TNT and stuff like that) and TNT, and basically it will follow you around and that's just ADORABLE :3
The mutant skeleton is cool but I have to say it's not that cool compared to some of the others :/. Not too much shade though xD. I really love how it splits apart when it's finally dead and how it kind of forces the player to be on ranged. The armor seems pretty good for buffs and stuff but with my terrible coordination skills I feel like I'd fail at shooting with an arrow with it on xD. Its coolest feature for me is probably its structure and its ribcage move. So cool uwu.
I've always really liked the mutant enderman. I really do not know why. I mean, it's so scary and it's really dangerous even compared to some of the other mutants. And how it can throw blocks at you like 'YEET". I just find its abilities really cool, especially the cloning ability for some reason??? And its drop (the hand) and how you get it is so cool. It's like, the ender orb can finally be used for something else!! And the hand's so OP tbh, I mean, you can teleport and throw blocks? Cool as all heck xD
I really like the mutant snow golem. I'm biased because I've really loved the snow golem since I can remember, so basically the mutant snow golem be like the more OP version. There's also not much use for snowballs and such, so the fact that throwing them at it makes it restore health is really awesome imo. Besides, it'll follow you around??? Really cool. Best guard. (I really love tamed wolves, cats, creeper minions, and such xD I'm so biased against helpful Minecraft companions). And also I love how it can form ice across water. That's like super cool imo.
The mutant spider-pig is cool too imo, but I have a bit of a grudge against it ;). For one, it kills spiders and pigs, and like why :/. Second, for you to tame it it needs to have low health and then it needs to kill a creeper minion and that is just so not ok. It's pretty cool once tamed though, I just really wish you didn't need to tame it like that. And the fact that it eats spider eyes is,,, oof. Kinda repulsive to me. Though, I guess you don't need spider eyes for more other than potions/brewing.
