The bathroom's nice-looking. As said before, it's mostly a dim gray, only made brighter by the lighting, which is fairly bright. Not a bad place to stay for a few minutes. It also smells kinda like cherries at the moment.
Someone knocks on the door politely, though someone bumps it hard a few moments later. "Hey, Dion," says a very familiar voice. Rai. "How're you doing? Prepared to run?"
Offline
There was a two-seconds worth of silence, perhaps, as Dion processed the information.
"I-I guess so?"
Offline
"What's the best way to do this," Rai mutters to himself, then seemingly asking someone else: "Is the person who warned you still here? I'd like some other questions."
"Is her information even valid?" Wiley pipes up.
"It seems to be. A lot of signs all suggest that danger is approaching."
"Approaching?" Raez questions, cutting off Wiles. "She said it as if it were right here. Like a bomb underneath our soles. Ready to explode on a moment's notice."
"If there were one such thing, we would have all been dead by now, but sadly for whoever's behind this, they couldn't do that with such little advance notice," Rai says. "Well, I suppose we should thank her for being so perceptive."
"Thank her?" Raez asks. "We have time for that?"
"I mean, why not?" Rai asks back. "She did us--or at least me--a huge favor. I'd like to repay her if I can, even if it's something as simple as giving her a quick lift with the--" he coughed, "--borrowed car we have. If she's so perceptive, she's probably in danger as well, or perhaps she has similar experiences. We'd benefit from asking her.."
"Great good guy you are," Wiley remarks snidely, "to think about her when there's a ticking bomb under our feet."
"Not literally," Raez quickly puts in, even though Rai knew that.

Overhearing the talk on the other side is starting to make Dion nervous. "So?" He asked. "What's the decision? I can't stay locked up here forever if there's danger!"
Offline
"Nah, you stay in there. We'll come and feed you every once in a while," Wiley says into the door.
"Let's put a break on joking for now," Rai says. "The plan is to leave here as quickly as possible, and if possible, locate the person who helped us before. However, I think it'd be wise if we split up. I can go one way, you three go another. The target is me in any case. You three just need to allocate a car."
Offline
"What about the car we used to get here?" Dion suggested.
Offline
"If you all don't mind, I'd like to take it. I don't think whoever's pursuing me expected me to be in a Lamborghini." Rai explains.
"No problem bro," Wiley says. "Another car can be located no problem."
So he's that culprit behind those random cars disappearing every random period of time?
Offline
"Then go quickly," Dion mentioned, pushing his face closer to the door.
Offline
"Alright. See you, Dion." Rai walks off.
"Come on out," Raez says. By the way, he's carrying the pickup food items. "Let's try to hurry. Wiles, is there a 'used car lot' around here?"
"Who knows. Why would we need that?"
"I'd really rather not steal it again unless we need to."
"Borrow," Wiley says. "Dion, hurry up, the door isn't locked. Or do you need help?"
Actually, it is. It wasn't a few seconds ago??
Offline
Dion made some sort of agreeing noise and tried to push/pull the door open.
"Hey, I might need a bit of help here..."
Offline
Wiley pulls it. After a few tries he can very clearly tell something is wrong.
"I'ma go get a store employee," he muttered. "You two stay here. Boohoo on bad luck."
"It doesn't seem like coincidence, actually," Raez says. Unlike Wiley and Rai, he doesn't have gloves, but he still gives the door a goodhearted yank. "Hm."
Offline
He bit his lip. "Hurry up or something!"
Offline
"Slowing down now!" Wiley tosses back.
Raez doesn't react to either of them for a few seconds, but he does lean against the door slightly and whisper, "I hope you're not claustrophobic."
Offline
"I'm not-" Dion started off in a slightly aggressive tone, but then changed it for one tinted with light anguish. "You have no idea of how frustrating it is to be locked into a room with no way to leave!!!" He scratched the door with his metal fingers.
Offline
Yes, yes he does.
"Please calm down a bit."
Offline
Dion gave a nod which couldn't be seen, and stopped making noise. Except for his breathing. But that wasn't too loud.
Offline
"You said the bathroom door was locked?" A familiar voice, kind of, goes through the door.
"Yeah, and someone's stuck in there," Wiley says, not saying who that someone was because they could deal with that later.
"Huh. Weird." The voice belongs to the waiter who had been talking to them a lot, by the way. There are some jingling noises, and then a key appears to go into the lock, wriggle a bit, and...do nothing at all.
"Weirder?" Raez asks.
"...yeah," the waiter agrees, trying the other way. The lock makes a strange clicking noise but otherwise does not budge.
Offline
Dion tried to open the door from inside again.
Offline
No no. That will not do.
Offline
With a sigh, Dion looked around for any other exit while trying to open the door again.
Offline
"Aw, this is weird," the waiter says. "Hold on. I'll go ask my supervisor, maybe? I'll be right back. Oh, wait...by the way, how'd you know the door to the women's bathroom was locked??"
Offline
Dion made a weird noise. Had he gone into the women's bathroom??? Really???
Offline
"Are you alright in there??" the waiter questions, about to press a bit more but concerned genuinely for the reason for that noise.
Wiley's just laughing.
Offline
"Y...yes..." he managed out. "Just get me out of here!"
Offline
"Alright. I'll try to be back as soon as possible." He then hustles away.
Raez sucks in a breath. "Well, this is convenient. Isn't it?"
Offline
"Very," Dion sighs as a reply. He checked the time.
Offline
Well, the time isn't going wonk like it did very much earlier that day. Yay.
Offline
That's good. But it wasn't on Dion's mind at the moment.
Really, all he could do now was wait.
Offline
A bit more talking outside the door.
"We really can't unlock it, huh," a more mature voice goes. He sounds older than anyone in the vicinity--the young woman from earlier, Dion himself, Wiley, and Raez, however old all of them were. "That's bad news. That's so coincidental."
"We should probably dismantle the lock then, right, sir?" the waiter asks.
"Probably." He sighs. "Can you handle that, Yin?"
"Yeah!" comes the response. "Right on it. I'll go get the screwdriver and stuff."
"Try not to damage the door."
"Uh huh! I'll try not to!"
Offline
((Dion's probably the youngest one there tho haha))
Dion focused on the cherry smell in the room, trying to keep his mind at ease.
