Nope, no rings. He needs his hands to be able to turn into fists so he can punch, and while he punches all of the bracelets just fly off his arms with the momentum. The enemy was already hit by a punch strong enough to make a planet get split in half and then they get smashed 100 times with 100 bracelets.
