Re: [@Time@GalaxE@Eliza~Future thread] Just a normal day at the Clocktower

Time makes a small smile, "Thank you."

"So. Do you think we should all get to planning? For when the attack will happen?"

"Definitely," Nagesh says. Though his tone isn't exactly grim, it's not cheerful as usual.

"Well, Chronos, no one can spread the word faster than you on your...wheelchair," Nagesh says. He just learned the term "wheelchair" a while ago and as such isn't completely fluent with the use of the term yet. "That's just one out of many." He pauses because he's unsure if he's thinking in the wrong direction or leading the conversation in the wrong direction or whatever. "Can we expect any offensive patterns from our presumed foes?"

Re: [@Time@GalaxE@Eliza~Future thread] Just a normal day at the Clocktower

Time nods, "I'm aware the CDs do have a pretty large ego, and that they greatly outnumber us. So my guess is that they will attack straightforward, with no complex tactics. I would think as well as gaining access to this tower, they would like to make a show of it. And the biggest show for them is plowing through, for most of them. That is."

"Another reason that makes me think they'll attack straight on is simply just how small our forces are. They could easily overwhelm."

Re: [@Time@GalaxE@Eliza~Future thread] Just a normal day at the Clocktower

(Nagesh really doesn't want to talk this much lol but no one is talking)

They did have an army, Nagesh realized. Or not really realized. Re-realized. Or perhaps, more than one army. Or less. It depended on what they really wanted to bring.
He really wasn't too bothered by the fact he'd have to fight. He had known that, after all. But the fact that there were other people who might be killed because they needed to fight sent a chill through his form. For what? Nothing, really, except the greed and ego of a bunch of supposed immortals.
"Then shall we try to call some reinforcements, then?" he suggested.

Nagesh nods. He's really trying to think about what he can do other than the priority. In the end he just waves his hand slightly to summon a paper and what seems to be a tiny marble.

Re: [@Time@GalaxE@Eliza~Future thread] Just a normal day at the Clocktower

Nagesh hates to say it, but unfortunately, part of any tactic is making sure you know both ends. "In the worst case, where our enemy outnumbers us to the point where further combat is futile," he says, "what is the plan then?"
He adds, "To not dampen the spirit of the majority of the Clocktower, I'm aware this part of the plan wouldn't be informed to everyone."
Meanwhile, he levels the paper so it's fairly flat on his hand and drops the marble daintily on top of it. It rolls around as if trying to fall off before finally somewhat settling near the middle.

"Yvonne. I would want you to stay behind and from a distance, help strengthen others. I know you're magic reserves are almost limitless." He nods to her.

Funnily enough, Nagesh was following along just fine until Chronos spoke up, and now he's slightly confused, not really on the premise or the idea but just how it fits in with the discussion.

Time nods to Yvonne, "It would be best. And while add it, maybe find a viewpoint of the entire forest, be like a watchtower."

He then directed his attention to Chronos, "Uh... yeah. I think that would be the best move for you. We'll need you at 100% as soon as you can." He looked worried about her.

Re: [@Time@GalaxE@Eliza~Future thread] Just a normal day at the Clocktower

"The very top of the Clocktower could work?" Yvonne suggested. "I can set up a temporary surveillance system too... for select hallways or important rooms, maybe." Then she quickly added, "We probably also want an effective way of communicating quickly."

Re: [@Time@GalaxE@Eliza~Future thread] Just a normal day at the Clocktower

"Perhaps the communication system being at strong efficiency would more than make up for a surveillance system," Nagesh suggests. He's not necessarily hesitant while doing so or tentative, but it's certain he doesn't want to seem imposing or help make too brash a decision by accident. "That way we could save some of your energy, Yvonne."
