"Yes," the mage said, gathering her energy to speak and stand correctly. "It's going to sound weird, but I think it's better if I tell everyone at once." She glanced around. "May I have your attention for some minutes?"

Chronos wheeled herself over next to Time. Jenny came over with Mongwau, and Evanora still sat on her shoulder.

((So do I start? XD))

"Ah, well," Yvonne briefly twirled a strand of her hair before letting it go and standing to attention. A strange pose for her, indeed. "This is actually serious. Or, well, it could be." She looked around again to see the others' faces. "You may not believe this... but I can tell you, and very specifically, that there's going to be serious trouble here in the Clocktower."

Time frowns, he seems to take this seriously, since most of the time he doesn't know what a joke is.

"First, specifics, please." He questioned, rasing a brow, "And second, how?"

((to make it convenient, can we just say that Time knows about her precognitions?))

"Hm. I am aware that you have those dream visions" He flexed his hand into a fist, then moved it to rub his pocketwatch. One of his nervous habits that Chronos' would know of (yes I did kinda make that on the spot.).

"If they're deity like entities... It's either deities that have betrayed... or, more likely, corrupted deities." He sighed, "How about let's not let that vision of yours happen?" Time looked at the other, particularly stopping on Chronos.

"Can anyone get the rest of the mages?"

"The details're probably changing because the future can change," Lianhuan says, levelheaded. 
Nagesh is collecting details about the circumstances as the conversation goes, remaining silent.

"Egos?" Lianhuan suggests. "Didn't you say Oblivion had one of those and he likes more of it?"
He possibly doesn't know the meaning of "ego", but at least it's a viable suggestion.
"The Clocktower has many magical resources they could possibly use as well, and it could be a symbol of power if they, by their considerations, won," Nagesh suggests placidly on his end.

"I'm sorry for taking the opportunity to speak again, but does it happen that you do have at least two corrupted deities who have a particular grudge against you?" Nagesh asks, perhaps surprisingly knowledgeable on the circumstances. "That would be there as well, in accordance to the fact that although there are two deities here, only one is able to fight as normal."  
The latter point makes Lianhuan realize what he'd somehow missed. He hadn't really thought about Chronos' liabilities until now, which makes him shoot a worried look at the goddess.

Nagesh has a few thoughts, but he holds his tongue patiently.

Chronos was silent. "They're going to attack us because I'm weak." she murmured. "The Clocktower isn't nearly as strong with one deity instead of two at full capacity."
Stella climbed into Chronos's lap, and Chronos wrapped her arms around the girl.

"No no!" Yvonne shook her head at Chronos's comment, trying her best to give a smile of comfort. "I think the reason is just... because they want to show their power. Nagesh did say, uh, and, yeah, he said that they'd to attack this place as a symbol of power... and I think it's the most reasonable motive."

"Strategy and tactic time," Nagesh says, not as tense as Lianhuan looks. "Chronos, do you want me to put the book back really quickly?"

Yvonne pulled out a small notebook and gel pen from her skirt pocket. "I would dare to say that everyone here--all of us mages--would be more than willing to do anything in order to aid you and Chronos," she told Time with an unusual firmness in her voice.
