Oh and Mom's birthday coming up real soon! Hmm... I'm still trying to think of something to give her. Atm I'm leaning for a sketch of flowers or a scene with pastel oils but I don't know how to draw flowers. On the other hand, it's harder to go wrong with them than with humans XD

I also wanna do a late/early birthday gift for Fallon! I've been putting it off for a while but it's high time I actually did it.

I'm not sure if the mineral spirits vaporize or if it's just their strong smell but there definitely is something in there that causes me to cough and get dizzy.
Maybe I should wear a mask when using it?

Oh and by the way I finished my first oil painting :D it looks kinda clumsy, given that I followed the beginner instruction set that came with the paints, but it doesn't look all that bad!

Basically after I finished, I decided to play around with blending colors. Specifically, scarlet red, vermillion orange, and onyx black. The result on the canvas was... uhhhhh, very.... random. It's pretty much just a blackened piece of canvas with red-orange accents on one corner, and a badly-blended rainbow on one side.
Eh, dunno what it even is supposed to mean. I might draw something on it once it dries?

Oh and :D I can't get the oil paints out of my hands hehe and I'm too lazy to scrub it out right now. I've washed my hands thoroughly, but it takes more than that to rub out the paint and I'm hecking not using mineral spirits on my poor hands lol.

They're mostly stained with splatters and blotches of varying shades of red and a few black spots. I remember I started laughing like crazy while cleaning up the table because "iT LOOKS LIKE BLOOOOOOD!!!!!!!" and my mom and my dad and my brother looked at me like "what????" but XDDD I'm pretty sure I accidentally creeped them out.

Dunno what I was thinking. Or if I even was thinking at all lol.

enjoyable I guesss. My classmates are a whole lot better when they're not blabbering randomly about stupid stuff in class (: and now it's cool because, because of the webcam, our teacher can supervise everyone directly

The content of the class was exclusively about Coronavirus and fake news. Perfect, since our unit just happens to be on the media, news, and getting information from the correct sources. It was pretty cool hehe.

I asked my dad if he could buy Minecraft for us to play.
He says he's gonna look into it! I hope there's at least some version available because I do like Minecraft, and now that we can't visit our cousin, there's no way I can really play it.

Tbh whenever I play Minecraft the only thing I do is build houses and castles and underground bunkers, because I like building.

So my typing speed got reduced to 65 WPM bevause my fingers became clumsier and I couldn't concentrate on the piano sheet music.
