I used up weeks of time before finally contacting them for recommendations and all but one (who I'm sure is busy as heck) responded within 12 hours

I looked back at Leadership texts because I need to calculate the hours of my life I wasted there and I can say
I have mentally matured
but if I was still in Leadership I'd probably be completely mentally dead now.
I'm so glad I withdrew
A black mark in the past for my schooling record is much better than a sustained black mark.
Besides the "leaders" in leadership didn't and don't know how to socially distance
