Lately a major issue in digital art for me has made itself apparent and that is I don't know how to make my traditional style for coloring match with my digital one because I don't know how to art

I didn't see this before but I can relate to the problem.
Tbh it's a matter of developing a new kind of style for digital, at least in my experience. Just test out whatever feels most comfortable for you witht eh available digital tools you have.

Yeah, there are only a few good decisions, to be honest, and even then they're worded like, "Your ambassadors shake hands with hands that have been stained with blood"
