... a kid with a broom is sweeping, whistling an aggressively happy tune. He wears a green hoodie, a mask, baggy pants, and a handkerchief around his neck.
Arete sets a box of paper on a table and says, "Do you like origami, Mr. Ramesh?"
Ramma replies, "I HATE origami, I always end up ripping the paper with my claws... Although I GUESS it's pretty to look at."
Arete smiles and nods, "Noted. Make sure to lower your voice when a client comes in"
"YES MA'AM"

Speaking of the devil--or maybe the devils, plural?--the library doors open, and two people walk in.
It's immediately apparent that they couldn't be more different. After all, the first person has a long stride and is holding his hair (orange like the middle of a flame) back for whatever reason, making for quite a comical look. It also looks like he's a wearing a sopping wet coat.
Meanwhile, his companion looks like anyone you could pick off the street. His pace is normal. The length of each step he takes is normal. He isn't doing anything with his hair, which is darkly colored in a very normal way. Oh, and he's completely dry. The only thing peculiar about him is that he's dressed in formal attire, like he's walking into a conference rather than a library. (Well, libraries can host conferences too.)Â
So normal.

Ramma's fox tail wags a little as he comes up to the strangers. His voice is a little strangled as he tries to not yell.
"Hello, welcome to the Library of Halcyon! Are you in search of any specific knowledge, or are you here to browse? Either way, feel free to ask for assistance if you need it!"
He looks over to Arete who gives him a thumbs up. His tail wags again.

The orange-haired man shows a friendly smile. "Lovely! Do you happen to have paper towels anywhere?"Â
Offline

Ramma nods, "In our bathrooms! I'll go grab some"
With that, Ramma hurries to the bathroom and grabs way too many paper towels, bringing them back to the two with pride.

"Thank you!"
The orange-haired dude beams, and promptly takes to stacking the paper towels on his head. Yep, he's not even rubbing them against his hair or anything, he's just using them...like sponges.
"Ah, that sentence felt weirdly empty. How do I address people here? 'Dearie'?" he asks his companion.
The other's expression does not change. "Please do not do that."Â
Offline

"NO- er, no thank you. Please do not call me dearie," Ramma states, his masks expression changing to: (X_X)
"I personally do not mind, as long as it isn't anything degrading or too frivolous," Arete says, folding a piece of origami paper.

"Alright, what about darling or honey?" The orange-haired guy continues on, undeterred, addressing both Ramma and Arete.
"Absolutely not, Eas." His companion is the picture of calm.Â
"Cupcake? Pumpkin..." he tilts his head. "...pie?"
Rai stares at his friend for a second. "I'm going to reroute his passwords." He turns and smiles at the library staff members. "On a new topic, do you guys happen to have computers around?"Â

Hearing all of those options, Ramma's mask changes to: (@~@)
Arete continues to fold paper calmly.
Ramma answers Rai's question with a nod, his mask changing back to its neutral look as he says, "Oh! Yes, we have computers and printers. This way-"
He begins to lead Rai over to the computers. Assuming Rai follows, the computers are nice and expensive-looking.

Rai follows. "How much does it cost to print something here?"Â
Â

"It's free of charge for black and white, and 5 cents for colored prints," Ramma answers.

"I hope no one has printed the Bee Movie script using your papers," comments Rai.Â
That's the first thing you think of?
Raez is looking around, sort of like a lost little kid in the middle of a supermarket who isn't particularly panicked about it. He really does look silly with the paper towels on his head.

Arete says, "Now, that would be quite the sight to see. Fortunately, so far no one has abused the usage of our printers like that."
Ramma states, "I HATE unnecessary waste of materials!"
(Ò-Ó)
... Says the one who brought over way too many paper towels?
Raez can see many books about various topics, including but not limited to magic spells, histories of ancient civilizations, theories of magecraft, and information about common relics found in dungeons.

"Wouldn't it?" Rai asks, rhetorically, to Arete. "Now, imagine they mixed pages of that same script into the reference manual that you really needed, making you reprint all the pages. Wouldn't that be quite a creative endeavor?"Â
...who hurt you? [Well, the answer is quite obvious.]Â
Raez's gaze swivels through the covers. It's not really possible to tell what he thinks about any of the topics, since he doesn't seem to be reacting.Â
