Re: [@Eliza; Past Thread] Sounds like someone just knocked their head.

Ryoo now looked mildly concerned. "Kiaane, that will make it look like somebody bled all over the snow."

Ryoo considered this. "Purple might work." she said thoughtfully.

The mercenary--though at this point they might not yet be one--looks perplexed. "You like purple?" they ask.

Kiaane somehow does a full stop without saying anything.
"Ryoo," they start. "do you dislike white?"

They shake their head, in the process nearly dropping what they have in their hands/arms. Again. After reminding themselves of that fact (again), they specify: "Only made suggestions because you did not like white snow. But then, you said you do not dislike white. So, don't know what to think."

Ryoo considered this for a moment. "I don't dislike white snow. I think it looks best white."

(this conversation is going in circles as the two attempt to figure out what the other one means XDD)

"Then why do you not want it in your room?" they ask. Fortunately, they can figure some things out, so hopefully the thread won't circle for too long.

Re: [@Eliza; Past Thread] Sounds like someone just knocked their head.

Kiaane considers that question unfair, as they don't know many people and don't ask the people they do know whether they would like snow in their room. Still, they, Kiaan, count, right? So they say, "One."

"Inspiration for poetry," they state, quite concisely. "Because snow is rare..." They trail off there. They're really not meant to elaborate on their own.

They nod, then stop because the snow is melting and some of it's about to slosh out. "Yes," they say instead.

Re: [@Eliza; Past Thread] Sounds like someone just knocked their head.

(KIAANE IS HAPPY HJAGSDKAHLJ)

Ryoo took one of the buckets from Kiaane, carefully so as not to spill the melting snow, brought it into her room, and set it down. She crouched next to it, clearly contemplating how she should best go about enchanting the snow.

Re: [@Eliza; Past Thread] Sounds like someone just knocked their head.

Meanwhile, Kiaane struggles to put down the rest of the buckets next to the door and along the hallway wall. Who knows how they even got to carry all of them at once--if they still remember that, they've probably since forgotten how to put them down. They can't reverse a process if they don't remember said process, after all.

Ryoo finally decided how to cast the spell, and carefully cast a spell on the single bucket, then touched it. "Hey, it worked!" she said. "Come look, Kiaane."

Re: [@Eliza; Past Thread] Sounds like someone just knocked their head.

There is some minor clattering before they come padding along into her room with complete nonchalance. That is, until they bend down, touch the enchanted snow themselves, and then remark, "Slushy."

Ryoo giggled. "I'll have to make it turn back into snow completely, otherwise it's just...this." she poked the half-melted snow.

Re: [@Eliza; Past Thread] Sounds like someone just knocked their head.

To Kiaane, it sounds like extra work. "Can use the unmelted parts," they suggest instead. They paw through the upper layer to expose the substantially less slushy parts inside the bucket and show it to her.

Re: [@Eliza; Past Thread] Sounds like someone just knocked their head.

Sorry, but Kiaane skips past the cue for "Thank you" this time. They just put the bucket back down and whisk it around a bit, probably to gauge the amount of accumulated water. It's not as much as they projected, which is a good thing. Then they put it down and pat it on the floor a bit to even the snow back out somewhat.
Now's a good time for Ryoo to think about where she wants to actually put the snow and how she actually wants to position it, et cetera.
