Checked the Dual Dictatorship.
Did a decision and it brought weird unwanted results -_-; so I apologize for that.

For the comma sense issue, I'd go with number two or four, Idk.
For the donor issue, maybe decision one or three? Five is tempting lol but idk.
For the bullet issue, I say number one.
And for the frozen issue, one or two works for me. I'd choose two but one seems a humane thing to do so idk

Ok I don't think the part we talked about works; 6 years ago is when killing started, but not social experimentation. Social experimentation killing only started about 2 to 3 years ago, and the killer is only four years older than Sunny. So, yeah.
