It depends on the situation Ig. If Nagesh's a guard at the domain, then it'd have to be an incredible coincidence that he isn't there for the event.
The problem here's that Dalia's the kind of person to give vague instructions. She doesn't know where Allen is exactly, so a simple "bring him back" would be the most likely thing she'd say.

I've evaluated the situation more and it kinda worries me that I can't say with certainty that Nagesh would likely win in the case a fight were to occur. Buuuut, it's not all that incredible since Death specializes in the Sneak and Nagesh isn't always at Rune's domain, seeing as mages working for Time are there as well.
I mean, vague orders aren't an issue. Death works with those all the time.
