"Food?" Aurora then guessed.
Offline
"Tremendous effort, both of you!" Raez says the teacher-like saying in the least teacher-like tone ever. "Correct! With rubber bands," he adds for clarification as to why Dilanne's guess connected to the actual object(s) in question. "Not as the food, of course," he further specifies. "Just what's tying some bags together."
Offline
"Did you happen to bring apples?"
Ah, priority.
Offline
"Yes! Love apples, to be specific," Raez says obliviously, obviously referring to tomatoes. After a few seconds he tries to leave for the awkward effect to manifest, he grins. "Kidding. I mean actual apples. And also love apples."
Offline
"...what in the world are love apples...?"
Offline
"They're tomatoes." Aurora clarified as if it was the obvious.
Offline
"As above," Raez confirms, gesturing vaguely to the sky, which is ironic because Aurora's most likely shorter than him.
Offline
"Oh. Well... I guess there's something to be learned everyday?"
She looked at the sky thanks to Raez's motion and kept her sight up.
Offline
Well how tall is Raez?
"What's up there?" Aurora also looked up, "I don't see anything. Just the sky."
Offline
Not-short, unlike Aurora's page description.
"I kind of want to ask why you two are looking up, so I think the questions cancel now," he replies. "But it's good to stay curious. About the bags, though, it's only a bit of food."
Offline
"Just some clouds, you know..." Of course the sentence was for Aurora's question. Dilanne returned her attention to the other people after that. "Food, huh? Did you pack lunches or something like that?"
Offline
"Something like that. Not too much, or we'd have to wait after eating again, and I feel like waiting would be quite boring."
Offline
"So, where is this place?" Aurora asked, looking down from the sky the others.
Offline
"A nice place with ships and a wonderfully refreshing breeze!"
Offline
"A nice place with ships and a wonderfully refreshing breeze?" Aurora says, "We're already are in a place with a nice place with ships and a wonderfully refreshing breeze!" She threw her arms out towards the harbor they were standing at. Uh oh, she looked like she was going to get angry again.
Offline
"We are indeed," Raez says, opting to wait a little bit before actually answering the question since he thinks Aurora needs to practice keeping her temper in check.
Offline
"Oh, I think we weren't talking about the same thing," Dilanne told Aurora (though it was not an apology). "I described this place right here."
Offline
Aurora frowned, "I was talking about wherever we're going." She crossed her arms.
Offline
Dilanne cheerfully motioned to Raez with both hands. "That's for your fellow young man to tell us!"
Offline
Your...your fellow young man? Dilanne, Aurora's...Aurora's not a young man.
"Fellow young man?" Raez echoes, staring at Aurora like he thinks he's made a dire mistake.
Offline
"Well, you two aren't old!" She stated with a gleeful smile. Dilanne didn't clarify anything about the 'man' part.
Offline
((Oh wait am i doing the leading thing, actually yeah that makes sense nvm))
Aurora pulled out a map from her pocket, "So, are we going to get going or not?"
Offline
Dilanne nodded. "And you should have reminded me that you were leading us to the place, Aurora! I was here all sure that he'd be showing us the way. But that was just you trying to be funny, right?"
The siren beamed at Aurora.
Offline
"Yeah... Right...." Aurora nodded at her "attempt" at "comedy". Totally not a retcon or whatever.
Offline
Raez grins, just taking stuff into stride. "So then, where are we going, ma'am?" he asks, like this was planned.
Offline
"Uhhh..." Aurora stared at her map of the area for a long few moments, but then she said, "Screw it!" She stuffed the map back down her pockets, "I think it's that-a-way!"
Offline
"Okay, so I take it as we're eating there as well?" Raez asks for clarification.
Offline
"Just lead the wa~ay," Dilanne said, "and I'll go and gladly eat anywhere you guys decide."
Offline
Aurora shrugged "I dunno." and then just marched off.
Offline
"There is no plural," he informs Dilanne before he follows Aurora, bags and all. Apple sounds emanate from within the bags.
