"I'll write," Malaika offered. "I have decent handwriting, I'm pretty sure."
Alma nodded, handing Malaika a pad of paper and a pen.
Then, Alma continued explaining what to do to start.
"Okay, so this is a planchette," Alma said, holding up a polished, white stone piece. It was in the shape of a triangle. "When we're ready, I'll set it in the middle. Then we gotta hold hands for a bit until a ghost interacts and moves the planchette around. After that we technically could move around freely, like get up and walk around, but I wouldn't recommend it because: a) the energy we emit will be a bit thrown off, and b) we might offend the ghost if we walk around. We don't wanna offend the ghost."
Alma clapped his hands together and thought for a moment.
"If the ghost ends up getting aggressive and stuff like that, I'll end the connection, so you guys don't have to worry 'bout that. Usually ghosts will 'goodbye' on their own, though."
Alma smiles, very visibly excited.
"Is everyone ready?"
HDK thinks for a moment.
"Oh, ah, uhm, I'm sorry. I believe I don't have anything else for you to do at the moment."

"I am," Kradly stated. "What's the first question?"
André ran to the door of the kitchen. "Then let's find ghosts! You coming?" The last question is for Echo.
Offline
"I'm ready," Phantom affirmed.

"I'm ready," Malaika smiled.
"Yea, me too," Lumi said nervously.
"Hm... when the ghost comes, I suppose we should greet them politely," Alma said after some thought. "So maybe 'hello' first, and then after ask them how they're doing. The only things we should never ask is when and how we're going to die, or when and how they died. After that we can all take turns telling you what to ask the ghost."
Alma held up the planchette, then set it down (slowly and dramatically) in the middle of the ouija board.
So uh, everyone is holding hands now after he sets it down. Idk.

"How long does it take for a ghost to initiate contact?"
Offline
"For me, the longest it's taken was just a couple of minutes," Alma said.

Phantom, noticing his chance, was watching the planchette with seemingly idle interest. Being careful not to look like he was concentrating, which wasn't too hard, he used his telekinesis to nudge the planchette towards the "H."
Offline
"AHH! IT MOVED!" Lumi scooted a bit further from the board.
Malaika wrote down the letter.

Kradly, on the other hand, leaned forward a little to see better.
"When would be the time to ask a question to it?"
Offline
Phantom, still wearing an expression of complete unconcern, telekinetically nudged the planchette to the letter "I."

"Okay, so we have an 'H' and an 'I', so probably now?" Malaika said. Alma nodded, rocking back and forth a bit.

Kradly lost no time. "Hello, ghost," he stated firmly with his sight set on the board. "We're here for a friendly talk. What's your name?"
Offline
Phantom frantically thought of a name to give. Trying to move slowly, he moved the planchette to spell the name "Theodore."
Offline
"That's a nice name," Malaika commented.

"So, why'd you answer our attempt at contact? Wait, no, I think yes/no questions would be better," He looked around the group as if asking them to suggest more questions.
Offline
Phantom stopped moving the planchette, having "Theodore" remain silent, at least for the moment.
Offline
"Ask them if they like it here," Lumi suggested quietly.
Offline
After the question was asked, Phantom moved the planchette, spelling "yes."
Offline
"Oh, you do, huh. Have you been here for long? "
Offline
Phantom quickly moved the planchette across the board, spelling "not long."

((The session of questions can continue just fine if you want, but I wanted to ask if there's something planned out for this part?))
((Also btw where are Echo and André? I forgot lol))
Offline
(I had an plan that involves Phantom screwing with the group but other than that no I don't lol)
Offline
(I think Echo and André are just wondering around lmao)
(I don't have anything specific planned for this part, just as long as everyone meets HDK at some point then it'll be fine, also OwO Phantom messing with the group. I thought about Adrik joining in as well to mess with the Ouija Board Group just because he can lmao, but I probs won't)
Offline
((Alright, who hasn't seen HDK yet?))
((I'm running out of ways to continue the question session lol I'm sorry))
"Not long" made Kradly wonder if "Theodore" had had a recent death. He frowned for a moment as he thought of what to ask next.

(I think the only people who met HDK was Phantom, Alois, André, and Echo)
"Ask what they like to do for fun," Malaika said, thinking it would be a polite question.
Offline
In response, the planchette, moved by "Theodore," spelled out, "T e r r o r i z i n g t h o s e w h o d i s t u r b m y r e s t i n g p l a c e ."

Lumi grabbed onto his brother, clinging while crying a mix between English and Korean. He sobbed something about them getting cursed and probably something about dying, but it was hard to tell because he was screaming.
A dresser off to the side fell over, knocking off a lamp resting on it and causing Lumi to scream louder in his brother's ear. Following after was a high pitched giggle sounding around the room, and it was pure luck that Lumi didn't pass out.
Uh... Phantom wasn't doing that... then who?
Alma reached towards the planchette, feeling a little bad for Lumi, deciding that maybe it would be best to close this session and try again in a different room.
The room got a bit colder.
