Idk if any of you know what Project Sekai is but this is Rui. I don't have the game myself but my friend loves it and Rui's her favorite character, so I drew him for her (she doesn't know that yet though)

I didn't read the text at first and I was like "Wow this character is definitely too colorful to be one of Eliza's OCs" XD
But it's cool tho! I will forever love the precision of your lineart. Btw how do you do it so the markers won't bleed together? Special paper?

I'm definitely not this flamboyant with my designs xDDD

I use paper designed for alcohol markers :D They don't really help with colors bleeding together that much itself, but the ink soaks in and dries very quickly (almost immediately) on it so I can put colors on it without too much bleeding. Marker paper is also supposed to help create the right color shade without using up as much in as it would on normal printer paper iirc

And thank you for replying before! I've previously used marker paper and I agree that it's good. Iirc you use Copics so I can agree it's a good choice for bringing out the color those have.
