Other 9-B characters include Among Us Impostor, Adolf Hitler, Baby Bop from Barney and an ankylosaurus

And the Impostor can snap a crewmate's neck when they're, y'know, shaped like a crewmate (very round).
And also they can spear straight through the space gear with the tongue.
Makes sense to me.

Ok now knowing that he's wall level, that makes sense.

But I would think Deku is higher, no? He smashed that giant robot's face. I'm not too familiar with mha feats but I would think the one with a strong quirk like one for all is more powerful than wall level, even in a more inexperienced form with Deku

No, unless that bat is a part of you. And also note that "breaking bones" isn't the criteria for the tier.
Also, 9-B is how he starts off. He scales over time, like most other characters, to the point of rising to Tier 7-A.
According to the wiki, that is. I have not watched the series myself, but going off of clips of it, he does seem like he's at least on the same tier as Akame ga Kill! characters, who are generally in/around Tier 7 iirc.

Ik. That was a joke. An average human w/ a bat can't destroy a wall. (Assuming the wall is a super sturdy one)

But anyways yeah it seems like him at 5%-ish is wall lvl according to the wiki.

Yeah, generally but then again, in AgK!, they have powers spanning from flamespurting to freezing time lol (though to be fair that's like the most OP character of the series lol)
