We ~~got my life force stolen~~ saw a nurse practitioner like a week ago who said that the reason I could be tired all the time is because I might have light sensitivity, which in this case means that my body is super sensitive to...light...the point is that if you're light sensitive you might be waking up sometime around 6 o'clock every morning because that's when the sun's coming up, not because it's your natural wake-up time.
This kind of makes sense? I mean, I've always been an early riser, so I think that's just part of what I do, but it's always been a consistent thing that I would wake up at basically the crack of dawn. I distinctly remember saying once when I was like three that "I wake up when the sun does!" or something similar. Like, for me, waking up right as the sun was coming up was normal. Still kind of is.

Anyways because of this my mom suggested closing my curtains at night to help block out the sun and hopefully let me sleep longer if I needed to.

I mean, it worked, I've been sleeping in later.

The problem is that I'm going to bed later now too becayse my day is completely offset by about two hours and I'M STILL WAKING UP AT 6AM, I'M JUST TOO EXHAUSTED TO STAY AWAKE FOR MORE THAN TWO MINUTES AND END UP SLEEPING TERRIBLY FOR THE NEXT TWO HOURS.

I've been going to sleep at midnight for the last three days
