It's legit pretty lol actually took my breath away the first time I listened to it.
Tbh the first time I hear it I went "I WANT TO PLAY THIS" but all I've been able to figure out is the main melody you hear in the first second.

I always associate the "Main Theme" of Zelda to be Link's theme. It's Link's adventure. You play as him. It represents his journey. I imagine that it's sort of confirmed in the Hyrule Castle theme for Breath of the Wild. When you listen to the full channel mix of it, the main theme, or Link's theme, starts playing at the same time as Zelda's theme.

And there's your in-depth analysis of a theme composed 35 years ago for an NES title ahgsdjk

Well in the NES title, there was the Title Theme which was a remix of the Overworld Theme. The Overworld Theme is what became the main theme for The Legend of Zelda franchise soooo
