I know Yume finds Kennio's scarf cause it blows down from the mountain since Kennio lost it either right before or during the avalanche

so she's been wearing it for the last 6 years in some kind of vain hope he's still alive

yeah it hasn't been very long and he's aged normally, at least up until now. He's become more ghost-like as he's gotten older and now that he's basically a ghost possessing his own body he's stopped aging too
