Yeah, Eny was thrown out as a baby due to family superstitions, the Segtivays adopted her, and they lived in the same city, close enough that the two worked as business partners and Eny was friends with Ryoo.

Also Eny getting thrown out for having two hair colors while Kiaane more than likely has more than two hair colors lmiao
Though ig hers is split evenly while Kiaane's hair has a gradient, and maybe there's the biological thing idk

1) Eny probably started actually assisting with running the shop when she was around 13ish, because she'd understand magic things enough to not blow the shop up and be able to actually run things. 2) Probably, as long Kiaane agreed not to tell anyone. Eny would be the only Segitvay she'd have really interacted with regularly though. 3) Magic shop. Selling magical objects and things. Some potions or ingredients for them too probably.
iirc they threw her out because of her and Amadeus' mana imbalance, not her hair.

Alright, so the thread's being set up to be Kiaane paying a personal visit to the Segtivay shop when Eny was around 13. You now get to decide how old she will be in the thread xD.
I personally am a little relieved since I've roleplayed/written Kiaane when they were 13 before. I reckon they wouldn't change that much within 1 year (since physically they're 1 year and some months older than Amadeus & Eny) so yeah. Watch me redo their personality or smthn tho lol.

Well technically no one, but here's the thing
If (real) Time writes Time's backstory, then I can guess that Ryoo probably was closer to Amadeus than she was to Kiaane even though emotionally I do want Kiaane to have someone who viewed them as important and who didn't leverage all others above them
Why? Because the time came for that "fateful day" to happen--the day where Ryoo and Amadeus were to try to escape (I don't remember this part very well lol sorry if I'm summarizing incorrectly).
That's not to say that just because Kiaane didn't know or weren't informed about what the two were planning that Ryoo didn't care about them (because I feel like Kiaane and Amadeus weren't connected, at least not closely, and Amadeus may have been the one to coordinate the plans. There is a lot of what-ifs involved in this analysis, and a lot more information needed for it to actually be a good analysis). And depending on development, maybe they did notice something (they might be dense as osmium but they aren't really dumb or unobservant when it comes to more "important" things) but didn't say anything, or maybe they actually didn't notice anything. But you know, I think it's reasonable for me to assume, without further info, that to Ryoo, a life outside the Thaohal Mage Guild with Amadeus by her side was more important to her.
We called this "condemned by canon/canonical plot" lol. Though, "condemned" is a bit strong, given all the what-ifs and questionable elements here.
Anyways, I wanna make clear that I really do like Ryoo and Kiaane being friends (they kinda give a neat vibe, if you get what I mean? They feel like family and friends at the same time despite not being related), and I value their relationship a lot, but I don't have a lot of info regarding what happened, so this is how it seems to me.
And sorry for the long post lol, I enjoy talking about character/plot development lol
