Last night I came had two thoughts:

-It's possible that Kiaane could have barged into Ryoo's room at a very bad time

-I now have a headcanon where everyone is asleep except for Kiaane because they had coffee too late in the day and they have an idea so they just stand next to Ryoo's bed waiting for her to wake up instead of waiting until morning like a normal person.

Altering the hair might help. I know my art is horrendous but (*cringes*) on June 9th, I posted art of an AU persona of them, which kinda gives the general vibe of how their hair tends to look. It's extremely wavy (not really to an extreme extent though? Idk if it makes sense, but it's not necessarily curly).
Looking at it now (*cringes again from the proportions*) they technically don't look androgynous when it comes to their face, but essentially what pops out most is their eyes and hair. Without color, it tends to be their hair(style). The resemblance to Link is funny, though I can't really see it myself since I'm not familiar with The Legend of Zelda.
I daren't draw them smiling, so I settle with angsty expressions and comical ones (mostly cluelessness) xD

Sorry for the late response btw, I can't actually see the picture on this computer, so I needed to use my mom's phone, which took a while.

I like to think that Kiaane usually doesn't enter her room, though the possibility of them entering from a window for certain circumstances (emergencies, essentially) is basically canon in my mind lol. I just never said it since it seems kinda creepy, even if they're just clueless in their way lol.
When they were both younger, they probably did open her door and enter when it wasn't locked and stood next to her bed waiting for her to wake up xD.
Though, would you believe that they do all this not because of coffee but because they're just them and don't sleep? :-P (If she told them to stop they would lol)

Modern AU where Kiaane wakes up her up just to tell her random trivia facts they learned while browsing the internet near midnight lol

Ohhh I see now. I mostly remember the "sort of like a fox tail's" description on their page and went with that lol
About the androgynous, I just drew a face idk I saw Kiaane's eye description and my ability to draw dead-inside eyes was like "MY TIME HAS COME"

Other than that, is the outfit I drew something they'd actually wear though? That's mostly what I was concerned about. I'm not very good at medieval-style clothing.

Don't worry, I'll redraw them and come back to you, I mean, I kept saying for two years I'd show you a single drawing I made of them, I owe you this much xDDD

Yeah, you're right! That refers more to the style and how it's colored than the entire hairstyle, though, if that makes sense. (*doesn't have showable refs lol*) Essentially, each "part"/"tuft" of hair is colored like a fox tail might be, with the differently colored bit at the end. I don't think I describe Kiaane very well, haha
Also their eyes could be described as dead inside, though for me the way I think about it is that they're unexpressive unless someone's looking for negative aspects, in which case they might seem unnecessarily bright and even to the point where their eyes make it seem like they're looking for a fight. But idk. xD

Sorry, I'm not able to see the outfit now, but it looks good imo. I'm not sure if Kiaane would wear it since, embarrassingly enough, I don't know what they really wear apart from what's on their shoulders xD, but I think your sense of judgment there is good enough.

You don't owe me anything, though. Please get that out of your head. I don't draw anything for you guys xD, it should put me to shame. Draw them if you'd like, and I always love to see others depict my characters. Don't think of anything as something you owe to me.

Tbf fox tails are kinda wavy(ish) so even then, it fits very well. I think you did a good job using the term to describe Kiaane's hair, it really helps create a solid mental image even if it's not exact.
"Unexpressive" and "dead inside" both look very similar when they're drawn, at least the way I draw them (or maybe that's the problem lol)
If you don't have a definite outfit for them means that as long as it fits the time period I can give them any outfit I want (:<

The difference might be subtle, but in my interpretation, "Dead inside" (as in a personality trait,,, which means I've pulled this too far. Again) refers to someone who is. Well. Dead inside. They probably have little motivation and don't really have strong opinions on anything. When I think of someone who looks dead inside, I picture someone who might not really have anything to really look forward to or anything they have a strong opinion on.
But for Kiaane, they might look kinda dead inside, but I think their eyes don't support that vibe. As a person, they aren't dead inside, either, if that makes sense. They have a lot of things going on inside--feelings, motivations, though maybe not opinions--and so their eyes and hair are there to contrast how they otherwise might seem like a colorless individual.
I think I made this too complicated. Anyways, yeah, I don't have any definite outfit, though I could look at an outfit and tell whether they'd wear it. I haven't attempted to really design their outfit preference (if they even have much of one) in a long while, though. Iirc the last attempt was in the last sketchbook.
Anyhow, characters technically wouldn't wear only one outfit in their reality, so any outfit is fine xD. If it's inaccurate, we could say someone gave it to Kiaane and they wore it for the sake of wearing it lol.

Eliza, the Thaohal Mage Guild was rich. If their guild members dressed like beggars on top of all the mediocre->bad treatment they receive, I am revoking Kiaane's membership for them.

Kiaane looks scary and cool but is pretty much a fox pup. Unless they're fighting, in which case they probably are actually very scary.

Yeah, I know. I mostly imagine Kiaane has a few casual outfits (enough so that they can wash them and wait for them to dry), one or two "formal" outfits they didn't see the need for, and then fighting attire, like weapons and needed combat "accessories."

Their magic needed a lil work at the time xD focused too much on the big things and too-small things
