With the overall plan out, Nagesh is certainly much less tense than he was during it, not that he was too tight-strung during it, either. With Time and Chronos together, he's presumably been dismissed to...well, do other productive things, presumably, not to vacation.
He's mostly strolling around, really, as if taking a tour of the Clocktower for the first time, but that's obviously false to anyone who knows him. He's been around a lot of times. Besides, the time he takes at every room is incredibly short. Instead, it seems he's just taking the time to check in with each mage, chat with them a bit, and maybe ease their nerves.

Yvonne had left the library a while ago, but she hadn't gone to her room to rest. Huh.
So, Nagesh can find her standing straight and immobile in the corner of a hall in one of the upper floors. She's just there with her back to the direction from which he's coming. She also doesn't seem to hear him approach.

Nagesh, who perceives Yvonne to be in some sort of daze or just some sort of strange self-enforced time-out, stops a good distance away from his comrade while approaching.
