Okay so we're starting with the teachers talking about the students (probably going through the student profiles and checking their info lol), right? Do our teachers know each other? If they're HPA graduates, then maybe they do. Were they in the same class? I'm not sure if the question was answered before xD so.

I like Ultimate Chaos AU as a name but uhhhh xD I'm still leaning towards HPA as an abbreviation for the label? Because y'know, Hope's Peak Academy AU.

Well, teachers could be there to attend meetings, set up classrooms (make them Ultimate-proof), and yeah, check student info, etc. I'm guessing even if they weren't classmates, they at least are acquainted from pre-school year meetings held by teachers in the summer or in training camps for teachers. I can't answer whether they were all HPA graduates in the same class or just one same class in the past.

I think Echo knows this already but putting it here for reference.
Class attendance in HPA is not obligatory for Ultimates . I'm not sure of why it's like this in canon but I've always assumed that it's because some of the students' talents may take away school time? Like, in this AU, I can see Alma having to be away at times to direct theater performances and Sollux being away for photoshoots certain days.
Basically, it's up to the teachers to get the students to the level they should achieve lol.
The students' grades may also be really bad and it wouldn't get them kicked out :0. Again, I doubt OUR teachers would let this just happen like that.
The thing is, that since HPA is centered around talent, the students can do anything AS LONG AS they don't flunk their Talent tests/examinations. School courses are secondary xD.
HPA is a talent cultivation center, so the equipment and all that stuff is latest-generation and the like. It's also a really large campus and has all sorts of areas to make sure that students with any talent can train themselves well.

Germaine's gonna try to ensure full attendance to the classes for the rest of the day lol.

Dunno, but I'd guess that Galaxian has perfect attendance and 100+ in all his classes naturally because of his talent xD.
Oh dw lol. I don't know how the speech would have been either,,, I already said it wasn't shown in canon xD.
I have an idea for a speech/small introduction Germaine can try to do to her class but let's hope Class 42 is quiet enough for it hehe.

The fun thing about HPA is that we have room for headcanons ab the inner workings of the school and stuff 👀 because not everything was shown in the anime so xD.
I think I've already mentioned most if not all of the canon bases. The rest is up to our imaginations yay!!!
