finallly scheduled an appointment to get my blood work done again! im so sick and tired of sitting around and waiting for my pain and fatigue to go away so i have TAKEN CHARGE (with my mom's support and assistance thanks mom) AND HOPEFULLY WE WILL BE GETTING ANSWERS???
this time around we're going to do the same tests we did before (testing for any vitamin and mineral deficiencies) but also checking for heavy metals specifically because the house i lived in for the first few years of my existence had a lot of lead in it and apparently lead poisoning can lead to severe fatigue so its worth checking

what's interesitng to me is how badly it was affected by covid. Like I had symptoms of fatigue before 2022 but after I caught covid for the first time it got worse faster, and then the second time I had covid last august was when it really tanked and I've been noticeably more fatigued since. Plus the last few months I have been in near-constant pain so...yeah that's fun, it makes work very hard

i just hope i don't get covid again cause i genuinely don't know if i'll be able to handle it jdhfdhfkhgf

i feel like when it comes to opinions on what works and doesn't work for you when writing means you a) have to write more and b) try different techniques

i didn't have any opinions on writing until i took a class that forced me to do things different, and now i have opinions and found out outlines are actually useful as long as I write them in the way that's actually helpful for me

the funny thing about writing is everyone is different so like whatever works for you works T^T
