had the finale to the arc of my current dnd campaign today
peak
(not on the normal day we run a game but that's because everyone wanted to play + no game would be on the normal day)
now the party gets some downtime with a little filler arc before they get shoved into another meat grinder via past trauma surfacing.

The Wild Robot
Went and watched it on a whim. It reminded me why I actually don't take recommendations from randoms.
I mean it's ight. If you like family movies then you'll like it.
But I don't, even when I was a (young) kid I found them to be way too mushy for my liking. 5.6/10. I can explain my reasonings but if nobody really wants me to explain them I then I probably won't.
I think it was good that I watched it still, because for the fact I watched it on a whim and off a random recommendation. I really need to start stories more just on a whim and stop hesitating and stuff tbh
