First picture is of a Padaung woman, the second is a x-ray of another Padaung women. The Padaung women pride themselves in extremely heavy "coil" metals that are put around their necks at a young age that result in the look of "long necks" from their shoulders and ribs being compressed downwards from the sheer weight of the metal. They're a tourist attraction in Burma

As you can see from the x-ray, their shoulders/ribs are essentially crushed downwards, causing the neck to appear longer.

I'ma debate with myself about the extent of how distorted the handsomeness of the Gold Saints were in SoG
I'd say the most distorted was either Virgo Shaka or Gemini Saga and the least twisted was Gemini Kanon for obvious reasons (See: he only appeared once)
