Voice headcanons for the A.A.
It can be summed up by the word "scary" loosely. It basically gives a sort of feel that makes you want to follow commands that the owner of it gives
They don't talk much, but they don't really talk softly per se? They talk rather quietly sometimes for stealth purposes but they talk loudly enough for you to hear them. 
They usually go on solo missions though, so they don't talk much in general. They prefer silence. They only talk when needed. But that doesn't mean they don't talk unless initiated to. In fact, they've given quite a few suggestions in MO meetings, iirc. 
They don't go on ramblings, though, and they don't talk about their feelings. They don't talk much about themselves in general, period.

I summed what I have so far up:

As they prefer silence, the Apologetic Assassin only talks when needed, but that doesn't mean they don't talk unless initiated to. Perhaps the more accurate way to put it would be that they only talk when they feel as if it is necessary and thus initiate themselves to do so.However, despite never talking extensively (one will never find the A.A. going into rants), the A.A. does not talk extremely quietly by default. While they do so for efficiency purposes (such as for stealth), they do talk loudly enough to be able to be heard. In a sort of way, this also helps give them a sort of authority by adding on a sort of feel that makes someone want to follow the commands given by the A.A. Of course, it's not a strong compulsion.
The A.A. does not like to talk about themselves and typically avoids "I"/"me" pronouns in their speech even if the subject doesn't revolve around information about them. They sometimes choose to neglect subjects in sentences in general, though they only do so if the sentence itself would still make sense. Even through discontinued sentences, their intent is still made fairly obvious.In general, they talk concisely. They sometimes even choose to not answer questions clearly when they don't see the need to do so or see it as being a waste of time/effort. Even their specifications are usually to the point and 'weird'.
The A.A.'s voice does not give any impressions of belonging to any particular gender and in that sense could be said to be fairly androgynous."
