It's this one.
I won't ever be able to play this lol it's completely outta my skill level

I'm laughing even harder now lol help xD
Also my parents want me to play Chopin so I'd better practice
*cracks knuckles*

I can barely do octaves though lol that limits my music ability a lot
Still need to practice to move my fingers faster too,,,
Offline
You know Chopin is pronounced kinda like sho-PAN right
Offline
Oh also have you tried doing 4-note chords???
Those are hard lol and I remember this one sheet music I had to simplify because it had a 5-note chord and well my hands were like "nope"
Offline
Yes I am aware it is pronounced that way.
I can do 4-note chords as long as they aren't very fast. It's almost impossible for me to play 5-note chords.
I can however play 3-note chords that are spread further than an octave (like a b flat, f, and a c sharp in that order)

This entire video.

Fast chords are h a r d in general aren't they
:0 I admire your hand skills
I'll watch the video when I have time owo
Offline
Fast chords are indeed difficult.
Although I suppose once you’ve had enough practice and stretched your hands far enough they get easier
I always had trouble with chords that were two different notes because then I had to memorize them
Offline
Adskjfdshkjds I read that as "fat chords" xDDD
Yeah I guess.
Tbh I wonder how professional pianists manage to not make any mistakes during concerts o.o I guess they must've practiced a lot.
Offline
Idk once I memorize notes/chords I just need to do them enough for my fingers to get used to it and then I forget the sheet music xD
For me it's easier to play kinda subconsciously, because otherwise I get too distracted thinking about what note is next and that's not good
Offline
Same lol
Since I have to memorize everything I usually have to go through the video playing each chord then memorizing certain sections until I have the whole piece memorized, so even if I can’t play it perfectly I can still play it correctly when I polish it
Offline
Ah I see!
I think the only piece I tried to memorize via video tutorial was "Kagerou Days" and lol it didn't work out very well for me
I also referenced tutorials for "Song of Storms" and "Stone Tower" but I didn't really copy the notes so,,, those don't really count xD
Offline
Memorizing stuff is in general hard lol
I can’t memorize book passages but I’ve memorized almost countless pieces (violin and piano combined) lol
Offline
I guess it depends xD
Yep mood I relate lol
